Solved Telephony

Born from building AgentTech — Tier 2 voice rails for AI agents, because the dialer was only half the problem.

We set out to build AI agents for insurance. We ended up fixing telephony too.

We built AgentTech to solve AI agents for insurance — dialer modes, autonomous callers, coaching, and compliance for real sales conversations. Along the way we learned something we did not fully expect: the hard part was not only the agent software. It was the phone network underneath.

Consumer VoIP trunks, human-first call-center seats, and notification APIs were never designed for fleets of machine callers with tight latency budgets and production concurrency. To make AgentTech work the way insurance requires, we had to fix telephony for AI agents — reliable Tier 2 connectivity, clean media, and agent-native control.

That is why we created Solved Telephony: to own those rails for AgentTech, and to offer the same infrastructure to other platforms that need serious voice without becoming a carrier. We operate within Solved Ventures, as part of owning the insurance technology chain end to end.

Solved Telephony

What we built next — Tier 2 voice rails, plus AI Voice Agents as a service at $0.10/min for teams that want autonomous callers without assembling the stack.

Parent platform integrating technology, products, distribution, and acquisition across insurance.

What we believe

Infrastructure first

Agents are only as good as the rails they run on. Voice has to be boringly reliable.

Agent-native design

Human call-center assumptions break autonomous systems. We design for machine callers.

Own the critical path

Telephony is too important to rent forever. Tier 2 ownership is a strategic advantage.
