Programmable call routing
The routing engine underneath AgentTech Dialer and its Lead Marketplace, sold on its own and white-labeled under your product name.
The engine that routes AgentTech Dialer's own calls, sold one layer down as infrastructure.
The path of one routed call.
Six decisions, all made from live state rather than a configuration file someone edited last quarter, and all written to the record you bill and audit from.
- NumberThe DID the caller dialed, attached to a campaign and a publisher.
- CampaignCaps, dayparting, concurrency, and duplicate rules decide if the call is eligible.
- BidMatching buyers are offered the call and the winning bid is taken.
- MatchSkills, state license, and live availability narrow it to who can legally take it.
- ConnectQueue, IVR, agent, or AI Voice Agent, with failover behind each one.
- RecordRecording, transcript, per-leg CDR, and the payout attributed to the publisher.
Queues and IVR that belong to your product.
Everything a caller hears between the ring and the agent is configuration you control, presented under your brand.
| Ring strategy | Round-robin, longest-idle, simultaneous, or priority, set per queue and changeable without a redeploy. |
|---|---|
| Hold treatment | Position announcements, estimated wait, comfort audio, and callback offers instead of dead air. |
| Multi-level IVR | Menus that branch on digits, time of day, holiday calendars, and data you look up mid-call. |
| Overflow and closure | Where the call goes when the queue is deep, nobody is available, or the office is closed. |
| Transfer and handoff | Warm transfer between agents, or from an AI Voice Agent to a human with the context intact. |
Who puts this on our rails.
Four kinds of software buy routing as infrastructure, usually because building it properly is a year they would rather spend on their own product.
Call tracking and attribution
Number pools, publisher-level attribution, and per-call payouts, with the routing decision recorded next to the call it produced.
Dialer and contact center software
Queues, skills, ring strategies, and concurrency, so your product ships an ACD without becoming a telephony company.
CRM and vertical SaaS
Click to call, inbound routing to the record owner, and recordings on the timeline, all under your own brand.
AI agent platforms
A voice agent as a routing target, with warm handoff to a human and a media path tuned for machine turn-taking.
What routed traffic costs
Routing is not a separate product with its own platform fee. A routed call bills as the legs it used, at the published voice rates.
The legs of a routed call
| Leg | Inbound | Outbound |
|---|---|---|
| Local | $0.009 / minThe caller reaching your DID 1 | Starting at $0.005 / minThe leg out to a buyer or agent 2 |
| Toll-free | $0.027 / min | Free |
| Internal | FreeBoth legs on our network | Free |
What teams usually turn on with it
| Service | Rate |
|---|---|
| Call recording | $0.0025 / minEach way, inbound and outbound |
| Call transcription | $0.05 / minRedaction free, sentiment $0.004, summary $0.005 |
| CNAM query | $0.008 / callInbound dip on the routed call |
| AI Voice Agents | $0.10 / minTalk time, when an agent is the routing target |
1 Unlimited inbound plans are available on select DID types by request.
2 Local outbound rates vary by destination. Contiguous US outbound is typically $0.01 per minute, and Canada outbound starts at about $0.005 per minute.
Rates shown are standard published pricing and may vary by destination, DID type, or account configuration. Volume, platform, and AI Voice Agent pricing is quoted. See the full rate card.

FAQs
Questions about call routing
Is this the same engine AgentTech Dialer runs on?
Yes. Solved Telephony owns AgentTech Dialer, and the routing under the Dialer and its Lead Marketplace is this engine. AgentTech runs its production insurance calling on these rails as a customer of ours, which is why the primitives look like lead-routing primitives rather than generic webhooks. You are buying the layer underneath a working product, not a reference implementation.
How does real-time bidding work on a live call?
A call arrives on a number attached to a campaign. The campaign offers it to the buyers that match, collects bids inside a window, takes the winning bid, and connects the caller, all before the caller decides the silence has gone on too long. Post-dial delay on primary routes targets under two seconds, which is the budget the whole decision has to fit inside.
Can I run this under my own brand?
Yes, and most platform customers do. Numbers are provisioned under your brand, routing is driven by your API calls, your users never see the Solved Telephony name, and CDRs come back split by your own tenant identifiers so you can bill from them.
How does state-license routing work?
Route on any attribute you pass us, including the states an agent is licensed in. A call from a caller in Ohio only reaches agents whose license list includes Ohio, and the skills you attach on top of that narrow it further. This is how insurance traffic stays compliant at the routing layer instead of at the apology layer.
What controls do I get per publisher and per buyer?
Caps, dayparting, concurrency limits, duplicate rules, and per-publisher payouts are routing primitives, not spreadsheet columns. Each publisher can feed multiple campaigns with its own economics on each, and each buyer has its own targets and priority. Every decision lands on the call record, so you can see what a publisher's traffic actually turned into.
What does routing cost?
Routing runs on the published voice rates: local inbound at $0.009 per minute, toll-free inbound at $0.027, local outbound from $0.005, toll-free outbound free, and internal legs free in both directions. There is no per-seat license and no separate routing platform fee. Volume and platform pricing is quoted; see the rate card.
