Solved Telephony, compared.
Three comparisons written for evaluation rather than for winning. Each one says plainly where the other category is the better buy, because you will find that out anyway and we would rather you found it out now.
All comparisons
Capability categories, not feature-count scoring. Each page covers interconnects and route control, the product set on top of the network, the support model, and what our own rates are.
Solved Telephony vs Twilio
Breadth of channels and global self-serve reach, next to a Tier 2 network with published wholesale rates and route control.
View comparisonSolved Telephony vs Telnyx
The closest comparison we make. Both categories own network; the difference is the product set on top and the support model.
View comparisonSolved Telephony vs Bandwidth
Enterprise wholesale voice and regulatory services, next to published rates and a lower commitment floor.
View comparisonHow we write these
Comparison pages are usually written by the company that wins them, which is why nobody believes them. We have tried to write these so that a reader who ends up buying from somebody else still feels the page was useful.
Three rules. We do not quote another provider's prices, because their pricing changes and is theirs to state; ours is published in full on the rate card. We do not invent limitations; if we say a capability is not in another provider's product set, we mean we could not find it in their published materials, and we say so in those words. And every page names the situations where the other category is the better purchase, in the same size type as everything else.
There are real reasons to buy a large CPaaS instead of us. Global reach across dozens of countries on day one. Breadth of SDKs, helper libraries, and worked examples in every language your team might use. Self-serve onboarding that gets a small project live in an afternoon without a conversation. Adjacent channels like email, chat, and video from the same vendor and the same invoice. If those are what your build needs, that is the buy, and a comparison page is not going to change the arithmetic.
What we are good at is narrower. We hold the carrier interconnects for the traffic we route, so rate setting, escalation, and route changes end with us. We sell lead-routing primitives, hosted PBX, recording, and a managed AI voice agent on the same account as the wholesale minutes. And we publish the rate card, because we set it.

Comparisons describe the common shape of each category rather than any one product, and are based on publicly published materials.
FAQs
About these comparisons
Why are there only three comparisons?
Because these are the three categories buyers actually put us next to: a large CPaaS with the widest channel and country coverage, a network-owning CPaaS with a similar wholesale posture, and a wholesale carrier selling into enterprise platforms. Adding pages for providers we rarely compete with would be filler.
Do you publish competitor pricing on these pages?
No. Their pricing changes, varies by contract, and is theirs to state. We publish our own rate card in full and describe capability categories on the comparison pages. Every claim about another provider is hedged to publicly published materials.
When is a large CPaaS the better choice?
When you need coverage in many countries quickly, when you want one vendor for voice plus messaging plus email plus video, when your team wants to sign up and ship the same afternoon without talking to anyone, or when the breadth of SDKs and community examples is worth more to you than route control.
What is the honest case for buying from us?
You want a published per-minute rate you can model, route control and escalation that ends with the company you bought from, lead-routing primitives and hosted PBX on the same account as the wholesale rates, and a managed AI voice agent billed at $0.10 per minute of talk time rather than assembled from parts.
